Our Story

We are Andrew and Tracy Griffiths, owners of 1122 Clean and Renew. Andrew is not only the owner, but he also handles all of the cleanings. So you know you're getting the best! Andrew has over 15 years in the carpet cleaning industry. He started out working with his grandfather who owned a carpet cleaning company. He learned not only about how to clean but more importantly he learned how to treat customers the right way - an example that Andrew still follows today.

While Andrew handles the cleaning side of the business, Tracy handles the office side. She is most likely the first person you will have contact with if you call or message us. When she's not chatting with you, she's taking care of our kids, homeschooling, or keeping things running at home. (So if she misses you we promise she'll get back to you as soon as she can!)

It is our goal to provide top-quality service to all of our residential and commercial customers. We have worked hard to build our reputation for reliability, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. We love getting to know our customers and finding out what exactly your needs are. We take time during our appointments to clean well and not just rush in and out. We are proud to be a family-owned and operated business. We have flat-rate, all-inclusive pricing. No gimmicks.
