Before starting any cleaning we will walk through with you and inspect the carpet that you need cleaned. We will discuss any specific stains or spots that might need additional attention. After the walk thru we will give you your final price so there are no surprises at the end!
We vacuum your carpets first to remove as much loose soil as possible before the actual cleaning. This is an important step that we will never skip. Our vacuum has an Anti-Allergen Complete Seal Technology and a HEPA filter to trap over 99.9% of dust and allergens.
We use a non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning solution to treat any spots or stains that might need a little extra attention. We will be honest about the expectations of any spots because we can't always be a miracle worker but we certainly will do our best!

We begin by applying a professional-grade cleaning solution to your carpet, allowing it time to break down embedded soils. Next, we use a powerful orbital machine equipped with absorbent bonnets or fiber pads to gently agitate the carpet, working the solution deep into the fibers while lifting out dirt and grime.
Our Fast Dry Carpet Care cleaning dries in about an hour - so you can get back to enjoying your room almost immediately. Plus, because we avoid over-wetting, there’s no risk of soil wicking back up or mold growth under your carpet from soaked carpet and pad .
We use a naturally renewable odor neutralizer that traps and absorbs odors. It is not a masking agent. It also helps deodorize and neutralize urine odors. The deodorizer has a light fresh lemon scent.

Before we leave, we will do a final inspection with you to make sure you are satisfied and answer any final questions you might have. We recommend that you have your carpets professionaly cleaned every 6 months at minimum depending on carpet usage.
We specialize in Fast Dry Carpet Care cleaning - we do not use hot water extraction or steam cleaning. While our method of cleaning is not new, it does have some benefits over steam cleaning, which is why it’s our chosen method.
